Job Description
Tyre Fitters specialise in fitting, maintenance, repair and replacement of tyres on a range of motor vehicles, most commonly cars, motorbikes, vans, trucks, agricultural vehicles, buses and coaches. Tyre fitters typically work at auto repair shops, garages and tyre fitting centres.

Formal qualifications are not required however, they may be useful.
You can also become a tyre fitter and repairer through an apprenticeship or traineeship. Entry requirements may vary, but employers generally require Year 10
