Regional / Area Manager

Job Description

A Regional Manager is responsible for the sales performance of a number of stores in a geographical region. Regional Managers work with Store Managers to set targets in the allocated region, in order to increase the success of the stores. Regional Managers work for multinational, retail, banking and franchise organisations. Regional Managers may be required to travel extensively as part of their role.

Qualifications

Formal qualifications are not required to become a Regional Manager, but may be advantageous to build your sales and leadership skills.

Consider completing a Certificate III in Customer Engagement to develop your customer service skills.

Alternatively you may prefer to complete a Certificate IV in Business Sales or a Certificate IV in Retail Management in order to develop your sales skills.
