Qualifications

To be an HR Manager in Australia, it is recommended that you have a relevant qualification in human resources. This could be a bachelor or diploma-level qualification.

Undertake a qualification in human resource management, such as a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) or a Diploma in Human Resources Management. These courses will develop skills in industrial relations, talent management, recruitment, diversity and inclusion and effective workplace relationships.

If you wish to undertake further study, consider an Advanced Diploma of Management (Human Resources).
